GSRP Store Terms & Purchase Rules

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following:

1. All Sales Are Final

• No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued after purchase. Please ensure you are logged into the correct account before completing a transaction.
  
  

2. No Refunds for Leaving the Community

• If you leave or are removed from our Discord/server, your roles, perks, or access will be forfeited.
• Rejoining will not restore previous purchases.
  
  

3. One-Time Purchase Policy

• All packages are one-time purchases and do not include future updates or reactivations.
  
  

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Any attempt to charge back or dispute a payment will result in an immediate blacklist from our community and services. You will also be reported to Tebex and your payment provider.
  
  

5. Bypassing or Abusing Store Rules

• Attempting to exploit, bypass, or manipulate purchases or permissions will lead to a permanent ban from the server and the store.
  
  

6. Tebex & Legal Compliance

• This store operates under Tebex's Terms of Service.  
• You must be 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.
  
  

7. Digital Goods & Streaming Disclaimer

• All items sold are digital and have no physical value. These are virtual, non-essential streaming or in-game services. 
• We reserve the right to revoke or modify access to digital items or perks at any time, with or without notice.
  
  

8. Delivery Time

• Most purchases are delivered instantly. However, some may take up to 24–48 hours, depending on staff availability. Please be patient and avoid opening a ticket unless that time has passed.
  
  

9. Downtime or Server Closure

• We are not obligated to refund or compensate for time lost due to server downtime, maintenance, or permanent closure.
  
  

10. Non-Transferable Purchases

• Purchases are bound to the account and/or Discord ID used at checkout. We do not transfer packages to other users or accounts.
  
  

11. Custom Roles or Perks

• If your package includes a custom Discord role, tag, or in-game benefit, it must follow community guidelines. We reserve the right to revoke perks if they are misused.
  
  

12. Modification of Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continuing to use our store or community implies agreement with the current version.
